Applications for Grants for Seniors (GFS) funding are invited from incorporated, non-profit organisations working collaboratively with older people for one-off ageing specific grants.
The GFS program provides funding specific to projects of up to $10,000 that are delivered over a maximum period of 6 months.
Proposals for funding should focus on programs that give older people increased opportunities to engage with the community. In 2016/17, projects that foster wellbeing, active ageing or recognise diversity are particularly encouraged.

The close date for this second and final round of the 2016/17 GFS program is Friday, 17 March 2017 (5 pm).
